Standing just above 6' 5", Hafedh Dakhlaoui towers over most actors on set, but he's a gentle soul who's well educated, remarkably inquisitive, and speaks six languages. The French actor is also an impassioned animal rights advocate and environmentalist; for the past several years, he's followed a completely plant-based diet while developing his physique and furthering his stage craft. Hafedh was always remarkable. His parents, uncle, and brother were all professional swimmers, and the gift for athletics did not fall far from the proverbial family tree. Hafedh spent most of his youth in swimming pools participating in national and international competitions. As a child, he would revel in making short videos with friends and family. He also dabbled with computers from an early age; his family nicknamed him "the little genius" due to his remarkable inquisitiveness, and by his teenage years, was already writing code. Hafedh's passion for learning led him to attend drama classes throughout his high school years during which he got cast for his first role; a part in the French-Tunisian film, "Sarra et Nadia," by Moufida Tlatli. He relished in the role, soaked up all he could, and soon left Tunisia for more opportunities abroad. Hafedh first landed in Ibiza where he learnt to speak fluent Spanish. There, he was recruited by a private security company which led him to work in Monaco where he began swimming for the Monaco national team. His work in security and investigation afforded him the opportunity to travel the world and develop skills he would later utilize. It was while living in Monaco, Hafedh was introduced to the Russian community for the first time. He was instantly engrossed and set about learning the language and absorbing as much of the culture as he could. It was during a trip to Moscow in 2013, he encountered a Russian actor and producer who offered him a role in the action film "Black Rose", directed by Alexander Nevsky. After reconnecting with the world of film, Hafedh immediately resumed acting classes. He has since been an avid Shakespeare student with Patsy Rodenberg in New York, completed several Master Classes at the Howard Fine Studio in L.A and attend regular acting classes and role preparations with Mykel Shannon Jenkins. Shortly after featuring in Black Rose, he was cast in the film, "Showdown in Manila" in 2016, which was produced by Marc Dacascos and shot in the Philippines. Later that year Hafedh was cast in Andrzej Barkowiak's film, "Maximum Impact" (2016) followed by a role in "Wild League," directed by Art Camacho and Yuliya Perkul (2019). Hafedh enjoys travelling and continuously perfecting his language skills; but in his spare time, you can usually find him engaged in his favorite pursuits; skydiving, practicing Shakespeare, working out, training Capoeira or at the cinema. His special skills include stage combat, firearm training, boxing, swimming, skydiving, weight training, horse riding, capoeira, and martial arts.
