An honest way to manage talent, is to have talent and experience in-front of the camera, the lights, and the action! John Sill-up has over ten years of combined experience in management operations, orchestrating affiliations and sponsor-ships in entertainment, public speaking, executive work in film production, screen & script writing, and acting. Notably was his role as a series episodic lead for A&E, Lifetime and Global Cable Networks for a series episodic on the Agents of Babylon and work on the feature film Cannes (2020). John understands the value of cultivating talent and has a passion to see his clients succeed. His on-screen and production experience is what made him aware of the need for connecting talent to production. Continuing to work in production and managing talent by opening a SAG affiliated Talent Management Company, he felt that a unique structure and balance of talent management and production involvement was the best environment for talent to grow and develop their careers. His personal work ethos can be summed up as "nothing is impossible", and looks to cultivate talent to become "better than they thought they could be".
