Barbara Fogler

Barbara Fogler is a writer and producer, and president of Little Current Productions. She is also a media relations specialist with over 30 years' experience managing national and international campaigns in a broad range of industries, including entertainment, fashion and equestrian sport. Barbara began her career in theatre, and moved on to television and touring as manager of The Frantics comedy troupe. She was the publicist for Sharon, Lois & Bram, and launched the group's Skinnamarink TV series, numerous CDs, DVDs and national tours, as well as their Broadway show. She also oversaw media coverage for a White House appearance by the renowned Trio. From the entertainment world, Barbara moved into fashion, overseeing all Canadian public relations for the Swarovski range of brands. She managed Swarovski's national media initiatives, special events and sponsorship strategies. Her Swarovski lifestyle articles were syndicated in newspapers throughout the country, and under her PR stewardship Swarovski became a household name in Canada. In 2008 Barbara moved into digital media, creating the Barnmice social network, an international online community for horse enthusiasts that she built into one of the top four of its kind in the world. Barbara ran the site for four years before selling it to a Canadian publisher.
