Henrique Gandum

Born in 1996, Henrique Gandum is the author and illustrator of "Congo" graphic novel series. Graduated in Animation 2D/3D at Escola Profissional de Imagem and has a degree in illustration at Faculdade de Belas Artes from Lisbon, Portugal. Known for being the storyboard and concept artist for Portuguese telenovela Prisioneira opening section. Also developed concept art and storyboards for other independent film productions. With a passion for exotic animals, helped develop and played the leading role in 7ª Bataria (2016), which screened at Fantasporto Film Festival, along with Estado a Que Chegámos (2016), in which he also made an appearance. Won first place in Correio da Manhã's short film competition with Cretácio (2015).
