Mico Saad is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, multilingual theatre art performer, TV presenter, and producer. The aspiring Hollywood actor was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and moved to London in 2007 where he continued to pursue his professional career in performing arts. In 2009, he became the entertainment manager and ambassador for all performing arts events hosted and organized by the Egyptian embassy in United Kingdom. Mico studied acting in the UK and U.S. and had five seasons of his own Arabic language travel show "Gawlat Mico" which featured destinations all over the globe. He has also hosted BAFTA Awards and Academy Awards as the first Arab to do so. After gaining popularity in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, Mico decided to make the move to Hollywood, the world's ultimate destination for media, filmmaking and production, in October 2018. He became the lead TV host of "Ten Hollywood", a media documentary about Hollywood, which aired on Ten TV. Since then, he has alternated between the UK & U.S. working alongside Ricky Gervais, Sir Anthony Hopkins, and other notable actors. He has produced a few short films in Hollywood and was recognized with a Best Actor Award and Best Short Film Award by the Action on Film International Film Festival for Al-Masry Life which he wrote, directed, and starred in alongside prominent Hollywood Egyptian-American actor Sayed Badreya. The film was described as "a gem" by the Oscar winning filmmaker Peter Farley.
