Joaquín Vigo

Born on December 1, 1989, in Algeciras, Spain. Joaquín Vigo is a Filmmaker and Writer. Since he was very little, he started writing literature and developing interest in film. He attended university in Sevilla and Oviedo to study Philology, and graduated in 2013. While studying, he continued writing and founded a cultural magazine about film and literature, called Arte y Crítica, which would be the basis of his future company. He has made several short films and one feature (El Club del Sábado, 2015) before moving to Los Angeles. He graduated in Filmmaking at The New York Film Academy. Joaquín Vigo has his own production company, called Ópera (Ópera Pictures).
