Mario Cobas

Course 3 years Lic. In Digital Arts at the University of Guanajuato, later to continue his studies. To date studies Lic. In Language and Audiovisual Production at the Faculty of Visual Arts at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. It has been developed in areas of communication, Design and Audiovisual Media. During 2016 he was director of the film: Between doors open and lights on, Sound Recorder and Sound Designer at short film Victoria goes Party and Sound Designer Short Film "I feel nothing but look at my hands are wet with fear," sound recorder in "#PrayFor" by Astrobleeme Films in San Antonio, Texas, in addition to presenting his second documentary, "Pezina Salon" which was worthy of the audience award at the Xelhua Festival, Official Selection at FIC Monterrey and within the exhibition: "What do you take?" Object at the Museum of Mexico City. During 2017 development as Sound Recorder at Péplum short film, Dir. Roberto Fiesco, one of the first documentaries in Virtual Reality in Mexico, developed for the Guanajuato International Film Festival. Likewise for the documentary film "Peregrinos" Dir. Daniel Kandell, in addition to directing the short documentary "Av. Aztlán" for RetoDoctubre of DocsMX. Mario currently develops as director, producer, sound engineer, for short films and documentaries.
