Born and raised in south east London, Ed is a River Thames waterman who has over 10 years' experience in the marine filming industry. Ed attended Colfe's School in Lewisham, before completing a bachelor's degree at the University of Exeter. He is the son of Chris Livett, who is also renowned marine coordinator known for his work on James Bond: The World Is Not Enough among many other big productions. Marine filming runs in the family and Ed's first production was as a stunt double when he was 12 years old, working on The Fourth Angel (2001) with Jeremy Irons. Ed has now worked on hundreds of productions and coordinated hundreds of sequences on the River Thames and surrounding waterways.
