Michele Rosiello was born on February 18, 1989 in Naples, Campania, Italy. He graduated in Engineering of Logistics and Production at "Federico II" University with a Master Degree in Management Engineering. In the same years he started cultivating his passion for the cinema and began to study acting in his hometown first, and then in Rome, at the newly born "Scuola d'Arte Cinematografica Gian Maria Volonté". During this time he participated in several short films and, after graduating as an actor in 2013, Ettore Scola chose him to play the role of Agenore Incrocci in the movie How Strange to Be Named Federico (2013) that was presented at the 70th Venice International Film Festival. In 2015 he was directed by Stefano Sollima and Francesca Comencini in the second season of Gomorrah (2014) where he plays the role of Mario Cantapane, a young man from a dangerous suburb who puts his life at risk for love. In 2017-2018 he's one of the main protagonists of the TV series L'isola di Pietro (2017) as the chief of police Alessandro Ferras. In 2019-2021 Michele plays as Daniele, a nice and romantic gay freelance journalist, in the TV series La compagnia del cigno (2019), written and directed by Ivan Cotroneo. Afterwards he's a bartender, with a tough exterior but a sweet hearth called Giordano, in the TV series Mina Settembre (2021), based on the novels written by Maurizio De Giovanni. And then he's the charming and mysterious Creative Director Davide Sardi, one of the main characters of the Netflix TV series An Astrological Guide for Broken Hearts (2021), a romantic comedy created and directed by Bindu De Stoppani and co-directed by Michela Andreozzi.
