Fook Ngo

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. Fook aka Phillip attended JMC Academy for two years. He is also made of several indie films, and his biggest film as of yet is One True Love (2016). Fook finds his inspiration in Hong Kong television and movies, as well as Western movies which he grew up watching. His inspiration to become a filmmaker and director comes from a natural inclination for visual storytelling. He is passionate about helping his audience to live and experience a brand new story. The moment when Fook first knew he wanted to become a filmmaker was during an animation class when he created his very first animation video. Inspired by the process of visual storytelling, he knew he wanted to pursue filmmaking full-time and saved up money to purchase his own camera and equipment. Since then, he has produced multiple shorts with many different actors and actresses. Known for being laid-back, friendly and having a good sense of humor, he has made many new great relationships through his filmmaking career. He loves the fast-paced action of kung-fu movies and is a huge fan of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Fook enjoys continuing to learn more about filmmaking and looks forward to gaining as much experience as possible.
