Pem Shulman

Pem Shulman is a charismatic new face in American cinema. Just 14-years-old when the movie "Domestics" was shot in 2014, Pem played the insightful, angry and engaged teenager Salma, who navigates her bi-cultural identity in an American society that does not welcome her insights and passion. Pem acted in the independent film "Horrible Flowers," directed by award-winning filmmaker Eric Tretbar. She has also played lead roles in musical theatrical productions of "Schoolhouse Rock" and "Guys and Dolls." Pem is fluent in Spanish and has also played soccer as a member of the Mexican National Team women's development program.
