Born and raised in Millersville, MD, Samuel took to the stage at the age of seven, first in summer camps and quickly transitioning to community theatre. His on-camera experience began at the age of 10. Samuel is a Theatre major at the Performing and Visual Arts Magnet of Annapolis High School. He has dozens of theatre credits spanning professional, community theatre, and school productions. Samuel appeared as both Tiny Tim and Young Scrooge over three seasons of "A Christmas Carol" at Ford's Theatre, as well as appearing in the star studded Ford's Theatre Annual Gala 2014 and "Crossing: In Concert" at Signature Theatre. He has starred in several short films, receiving runner-up for Best Actor in a Comedy Short in the Northern Virginia International Film Festival in 2017 for the role of Cole Schwartzman in the short film "Cowlick." Local theatre credits include Claude Frollo in "The Hunchback of Nortre Dame," Billy Crocker in "Anything Goes," Peter Pan in "Peter Pan," Boy/Peter Pan in "Peter and the Starcatcher," Bernardo in "West Side Story," Dickon in "The Secret Garden," Orin Scrivello, DDS in "Little Shop of Horrors," Sebastian in "The Little Mermaid," and Frank Butler in "Annie Get Your Gun." Samuel is pursuing a BFA in Theatre in the Northeast Region of the United States with an interest in a career in both film and on stage.
