I grew up in the world of production and post-production. My childhood escape was in films, music and I had a passion for comic books. I'm a Lebanese AKU School of arts & Advertising graduate; my short movie was selected in many Lebanese and European film festivals. From there, I launched my career as a director and worked for major production houses and TV stations like MTV Lebanon, Studiovision-Dubai,Dubai TV, LBCI, Al Rayyan TV, etc. In 2009, I got the right opportunities to prove myself as a Lebanese new talent in TV & TVC directing. In 2013, I started alternating shoots between Beirut, Dubai,Abu Dhabi, and Doha. That specific time-frame helped me develop better reflexes and efficiency. Past 2015, my experience in filmmaking took a turn for the best. I started off by assembling a team and shooting a soap opera "Mich Ana" that aired on the holy month of Ramadan, which was rated as the number one of Ramadan. After the success of "Mich Ana" and my increasing love for storytelling, i was granted a heavy load with 100 episodes of soap opera "Al Hob Al Hakiki". This was a beautiful experience for me and to the entire crew, as we were able to make the best out of what we had on paper. My leadership skills grew even more as i felt obliged to make my crew feel safe, and earn the trust of people around me. "Al Hob Al Hakiki" was divided into two seasons, each having 50 episodes. The first season aired before Ramadan and the second season aired on Ramadan of 2018. It was also rated as the number one prime time soap opera that year. In 2018 I also had the opportunity to work on a web series for Bank Audi in collaboration with Leo Burnett, "Cafe El Hay". Another experience that increased of knowledge even more. The web series was so successful that Bank Audi asked for another season, which will begin producing soon. In 2019, the series "Bel Aleb" was in full production. My crew and I managed to lock the shoot within an extremely good time-frame; dealing with multiple locations, different aspects of a script and some of the biggest names in the Lebanese acting industry today. "Bel Aleb" will air later this year. With more than 373 episodes of prime time shows, TV commercials, music videos, and corporate videos, I do consider myself fortunate to have had the chance to work on such challenging projects, with renowned scriptwriters and executives. After ten years in the industry, "I consider myself blessed to have this passion for filmmaking".
