Geroge K. Doughtie

Born in 1967 in Winston Salem, NC he was the youngest of four born to well known horse trainer/cowboy Tommy Doughtie. His family moved quite often from North Carolina to Florida, then North Carolina to South Carolina. In this time he gained two more younger siblings to make his family a whooping 6 children. Being a middle child he always sought the spotlight trying to stand out and be notice from the middle. When his family moved to just outside Atlanta he was in High School and coming into his own person. He found a passion for singing and had joined a group at his families church traveling the state and performing. After only a year and a half in Atlanta his father gained a prestigious position at Creek Plantation in Millet,South Carolina. It was in South Carolina where he found his voice and drive to be the best at what he was born with. Graduated in 1985 from Barnwell High School he went on to the University of South Carolina and obtained his Associates of Business. It was at this time he fell in love and had a long distance relationship between his home in South Carolina and his partner in North Carolina. In 1994 he moved to San Francisco, CAith his partner - this is where the spotlight called to him. Working for WB Studio Stores in hopes of being discovered it never came. Moving on to corporate work is what it took to give him the time and funds to pursue the stage and screen. Appling for bit parts and getting background work wad the best he had accomplished. He was featured on a segment on SiriusXM Frank DeCaro Show for expertise on Comic Books, Toys and Collectibles in 2009. He also was a Secondary guest host on SiriusXM Derek & Romaine Show 2008.
