Mona Monyane

Born in Zimbabwe to exiled, South African, activist parents Tiisetso Mona Monyane received her BA Drama degree at the University of Pretoria where she graduated top 30% of her university. She has gone on to feature in Hard To Get directed by Zee Ntuli and is better known for her role as Dr Nthabeleng on the popular sabc2 soap Muvhango. She can also be seen in Umkhonto, a Mzansi Magic film, as a prosecutor fighting alongside her ex-husband, real-life husband Khulu Skenjana, and MK fighter Mkhonto to rescue their children from gangsters.
