S Keshvan

S Keshvan (@ Keshvan Sugumaran) is a Malaysian filmmaker with over 15 years of experience in the creative industry. His passion for filmmaking began after his short story was selected as the state's best short story in 2003 when he was still in high school. In 2008, he graduated with a degree in Cinematography from University Malaysia Sarawak. After worked in the broadcast station, he furthered his exploration in film arts, by undertaking specified programs, such as Professional Screenplay Writing in MindScreen Film Institute, India, Acting & Voice Modulation in Theater Y, India, and Directing Actors workshop at Los Angles, which is conducted by the famous film coach, Mark W. Travis. He worked as editor and cameraman for various television programs, documentaries, corporate videos, music videos, and stop-motion animation. His continuous exploration leads him to the visual effects industry, and become a certified VFX artist, from The Foundry, UK. His exploration in the VFX application gives him new insights into movie-making. His fourth short film, The Return gives him high recognition as he won Grand Prize at Sundance Channel Short Film Competition in 2015.
