Ever since Aidan was knee high, he has been entertaining friends and family with impersonations, impromptu performances and quoting excerpts from movies, musicals and books at the most intriguing moments and in the most interesting ways. One would, and still does, catch him quietly 'rehearsing' favourite scenes in his bedroom for the sheer enjoyment of it! At the age of 14 Aidan took up Irish Dancing and took to it like a duck to water. In November 2012 he came second in South Africa for his level at SA Champs, after dancing for only a year. Aidan also enjoys writing screenplays and has written three and come up with a few really original and unique log-lines. He also has a lovely rich voice with a deeply resonating timbre which allows him to sing beautifully and speak most eloquently. As such he has done two voice overs for corporate clients - with American accents, as he is also great with accents. Aidan is one of those people who are good at whatever they put their mind to. Even so, his passion lies in acting for film and/or television with theatre a close second. This doesn't exclude him from enthusiastically participating in all sorts and forms of entertainment. He was in a few episodes of Isidingo as an extra, has been in a production with Kids Take Over at the Old Mutual Theatre at the Nelson Mandela Square and has been Prince Phillip in "Sleeping Beauty" at the People's Theatre in Braamfontein. Aidan is a passionate, spontaneous, dedicated person who learns quickly and enjoys a challenge. He is not easily wavered or distracted when once he puts his mind to something and as such pours his heart and soul into whatever it is he wants to do.
