Born in Canberra, Australia, to an Australian father, who at the time was a diplomat to the Australian embassy and a Laotian mother. She has an older brother, Philip and a sister, Serina. At six months old, her family was posted to Rome, the family's second posting to the city, and upon returning to Canberra three years later, she attended the French Australian Pre-School where her grasp of the French language began. This was important as her mother's family were all fluent in the language. At the age of Six, the family were then subsequently posted to Geneva, Switzerland, where she was able to continue her studies in the French stream while attending the International School of Geneva, la Grande Boissière Campus (Ecolint). Felicity studied in the same classes with Lia Ojjeh, daughter of Mansour Ojjeh (TAG; McLaren F1) and Julio Santo Domingo III, grandson of Julio Santo Domingo I (Bavaria Brewery; Santo Domingo Group) and sister of Tatiana Santo Domingo Rechulski (wife of Andrea Casiraghi). In 1997, Felicity's family returned to Canberra I definitely after her father retired from the Australian Departmant of Foreign Affairs. Felicity returned to study at the Lycée Franco-Australien, Telopea Park School, where she completed her year 10 and then her Year 12 at Narrabundah College. During her high school years, Felicity was involved in drama classes with the Canberra Youth Theatre but wasn't involved in any acting after year 10 until many years later. In 2004, she gave birth to a daughter, Tatiana, with her long-time partner at the time. During her pregnancy, Felicity enrolled herself into the University of Canberra College which she achieved the highest possible university entry score allowed, 89. The following semester, she entered into a Bachelor of International Studies but also enrolled into the same law classes for students doing a Bachelor of Law hoping to be allowed to complete the double degree. She successfully attained the required scores and officially enrolled into the Bachelor of Arts (International Relations)/Law at the Australian National University. Although she enjoyed her years at University, after completing three years of the five year double degree, Felicity dropped out due to depression and stress in her personal life. She spent the next few years dealing with these issues until her life seemed to hit a dead-end by 2014. She needed to finally get her life back on track and was left with the decision of going back to finish her studies or go on a new path. Felicity's dream has always been to become an actress but growing up, she felt discouraged that she would ever make it and that her dream was just a fantasy. However, by this time in her life, she felt the time was right to pursue what she always wanted to do, so she enrolled herself into the Canberra Academy of Dramatic Art in 2015 where she completed a Cert III and Advanced Diploma in Performance. From 2015 to present, she's been involved in many short films, music videos and theatrical shows.
