Heather Billgren (born Heather Chandler), was born in Tuscon, AZ in 1976 to Wayne (USAF) and Gail Crawford. At a young age, Heather entered into foster care and was moved back to her parents' home state of Massachusetts. At the age of 7, Heather and her brother, Jason, were adopted by Susan and David Chandler. It was at this age that she began acting, appearing in small plays and musicals at her local theater. After a failed adoption, she went back into the foster care system, where she was finally placed in Cranwood, a group home for girls. Heather continued her love for acting, appearing in numerous plays and musicals throughout her school years. After leaving the group home, Heather joined the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordinanceman at Cherry Point, NC. She was attached to VMAT-203 during her final years in the Marines. While on active duty, she received the NCO of the Quarter Award and was meritoriously promoted twice. While in the Marines, Heather married John Stricklin and together they had a daughter named Nikole in 1999. They divorced in 2001. After receiving an honorable discharge in 2003, Heather took time away from acting to spend with her daughter and attend college. After graduating with an Associate of Arts in 2010, she pursued her love of acting again, joining the Bella Vista Village Players and performing with them. She decided to make the transition to film in 2016, and signed with FIA Worldwide. Heather married her current husband, Carlton (CJ) Billgren on August 1, 2014. Since joining FIA, Heather has appeared in a commercial for Downstream Casino, has been cast in two unnamed TV pilots and an unnamed feature film by 825 Studios in Kansas City, MO. She begins filming "Black Static", a thriller by Silver Sparks Production in November of 2016.
