Candice Huizar

Candice Huizar was born in San Antonio Tx, and the daughter of Richard and Rosemarie Huizar. Candice had a passion for the arts at a very young age performing in theatre arts, choir, dance and cheer. Candice went on to attend Texas State University in San Marcos, Tx for Broadcast Journalism. She continued her studies of acting at Austin Community College, Paramount in Austin, Tx and New York Film Academy and got cast for her first role as a core extra on NBC's Friday Night Lights. After filming the season she became active in her pursuit to learn more about acting and moved to NYC in Janurary 2011 upon her acceptance to New York Film Academy. She moved back to Austin, TX in June 2011. After moving back she got cast for an Independent film, The Greenbelt that was unnoticed by film festivals. While filming for The Greenbelt she married Chad Pannell and gave birth to a son, Preston Lee Pannell born in July of 2013 and has not been cast for any acting roles since.
