With a focus on research and behavioral science for over 37 years and as the author of ten books on human behavior, Kelly Burris, PhD has made a substantial commitment to bringing science to the mental health industry. This is clearly represented by the Subconscious Restructuring Process. Subconscious Restructuring (SR) is evidence-based mental health without meds, labels, or personal history. SR measures 18 psychometrics, including depression, anxiety, and gut health. It is a system to benchmark normal as the first step to creating measurable change. Defining normal breaks, the cycles of therapy, and medication dependency and produces measurable progress to desired outcomes at every session. Subconscious Restructuring positively directs our emotions to enable other modalities to work efficiently. If Emotional Fitness (mental health) is the objective, then Subconscious Restructuring is the tool needed to accomplish this objective. Kelly and the SR Process has made several contributions to science, including a clear definition of behavioral epidemiology with 7 KQ's, a client-centric mental health data protocol with 3 KQ's, clearly defined normal to establish baseline objectives for all clients established a system of measurement for gut health, which correlates with aberrant emotion. He went on to develop a mental health training and certification program based on this comprehensive client-centric data protocol of emotional and gut health. Kelly Burris, PhD is the son of an English Cherokee Choctaw father and an Irish German mother. He has a son named Dylan and two brothers. He is classically trained in theater and dance.
