Sam Cadman is the co-creator of the cult series Trigger Happy TV (Rose-D'Or, Montreux) and an award-winning commercials director in both the US and Europe (Cannes, Clio, LIA, AICP, British Arrows). Comfortable with actors, celebrities and real people alike, Sam's work in experiential, hidden-camera and conventional narrative comedy has a natural and irreverent tone. Sam's hidden-camera campaign for Febreze, infamously featuring people oblivious of some very smelly environments, won both Silver and Bronze Lions at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity. He directed Virgin Atlantic's 'Upper Class Bench,' an experiential stunt that also won a Cannes Silver Lion. His 'Texting & Driving' film for the Safe Roads Alliance was a best PSA winner at commercial production's top show, the AICP Awards. His branded film for PUR caught patrons of a Water Bar in New York tasting samples of tap water from around the country, then their reactions when they learned of the levels of legally permissible contaminants in their drinks. And his 'Lump' film for Cancer Research U.K. documents people unwittingly passing a tumor in the sidewalk that grows to comical proportions. He's also directed popular commercials for Goldman Sachs, American Express, Burger King, Heineken, Geico, Gillette, Xfinity, Sprint, PlayStation, Samsung, McDonald's and many more. Sam recently wrapped on his debut short film, The Snow Maze. It is a heartfelt and magical adaptation of Jan Mark's stunning book, featuring a stellar breakout cast of young and exciting UK talent.
