“I don't need to be made to look evil. I can do it on my own.” Christopher Walken is an American film and stage actor known for his ability to play a wide variety of characters, in his long career he has played villains, eccentric figures and comic roles. Some of his most notable films include The Deer Hunter (1978), for which he won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor, Pulp Fiction (1994), Catch Me If You Can (2002), and Seven Psychopaths (2012). His beginnings were during the golden age of television, 1950s. He was a child actor with his brothers and worked frequently until 1971, when he made his debut on the big screen: The Anderson tapes, alongside Sean Connery. It didn't take him long to become a versatile actor who fit into any role, and since then he has worked in more than 100 films, including Annie Hall (1977), The Dead Zone (1983) Sleepy Hollow (1999), Man on Fire (2004), Hairspray (2007) Eddie the Eagle (2016). An iconic figure in film and pop culture thanks to his charisma and haunting presence.
