Amy Lyndon was born in New Rochelle, New York. This extremely versatile character actress has known she wanted to be an actress since the age of 10. When she was 16, Lyndon jumped on a train to study at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City and then went on to England to tackle the prestigious London Academy of Performing Arts. After earning her BFA from Syracuse University, Lyndon studied with Stella Adler, Harry Mastrogeorge, at The Groundlings, CBS Comedy On The Lot and The Comedy Store. Lyndon has been seen Guest Starring in over 30 television shows; as Goldilocks in "NCIS", as Susan Pinkwell in "Law and Order: LA," as Louise in "Eagleheart," Recurring as Marge in "Days Of Our Lives," as Shelly in "Ugly Betty," Recurring as Crystal in "The Young and the Restless," as Tanya Kellerman in "NYPD Blue," as Arlene in "Roswell," as Petty Officer Darling in "JAG," and Recurring as Mary Beth in "Freddy's Nightmares." On the big screen, Lyndon played leads in two Lionsgate Feature Films, as Susan in "B.T.K." and Mrs. Witham in "Dracula's Guest" plus 25 more leads in independent films, which in time inspired her to write, produce and direct her own films. Her film "Odessa" starring the late Yolanda King, won The Gold Plaque Jury's Choice Award at the TV/FEST Chicago International Television Competition, The Diamond Halo Award at the Angelciti International Film Festival, Jury's Choice Award at the Temecula Valley International Film Festival and was honored to be chosen 15 times for Official Selections. "Love Is A Tickle In The Heart," won Best Documentary Short at The Studio City International Film Festival, "Award Winning" won Best Comedy at the G.I.A.A. Film Festival in NYC, the Audience Choice Award at the Washougal International Film Festival and the Award Of Merit at The Accolade Competition. Lyndon also won Best Director and the Audience Award for "The Whiskey Girls" at The New York International Independent Film Festival and the Spirit Of Moondance Award for Best Family Screenplay at The Moondance International Film Festival for her screenplay "Unleash My Heart." Other Directing, Writing and Producing projects include: The Comedy TV Pilot, "I Wanna Marry Larry," the Films "The Binds That Tie Us," "Chloe's Song," "Dice," "#Unfiltered," "Faking Death," "Making It In The Music Industry with Antonio Dixon" and 26 episodes of the Comedy Web Series, "The Lyndon Experience."
