Elena (Bichman) Caragiu is a Romanian film and theater actress and writer .She was born on born on September 18, 1937 in Bucuresti, Romania.She graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1962.In 1962, she plays first role in the movie Porto-Franco.Other notable roles in films :B.D. in alert (1971), B.D. in the mountains and on the seaside (1971). Play on the stage of the theater ''Giulesti'' in Bucuresti.
