Always on the pulse, this innovative and Award Winning writer/director began his career in the Art Department on feature films at Paramount. Mike Costanza then went on to direct music videos and shorts including the poignant Sundance favorite "Mama Said". "Mama Said" is a critique of race relations and pop culture of 60's America and screened in Competition at The Cannes Film Festival where it was nominated for the prestigious Palme d'Or. Credits also include Creator of the popular television series Dante's Cove, producer of numerous Promos, New Media spots, and the creator/producer of eerieTube.com. "The Collingswood Story" is Mike's critically acclaimed indie horror film. Quotes include "Inventive and Frightening", "A Low Budget Triumph", and "The Best Low Budget Horror Movie Since The Blair Witch Project". "Collingwood" explores the lives of a young couple attempting a long distance relationship online. The film screened at festivals including Frightfest in London and won the Best Indie Film and Best Cast Award. Before genre films such as "Paranormal Activity 4" and "Unfriended" TCS pioneered the "Skype" concept and remains on the front line of the Found Footage genre. In 2013 an attorney on behalf of Mike Costanza filed suit for breach of implied contract related to ideas and concepts from TCS. The matter has since been resolved amicably. Current projects include film and television properties and the documentary "Pushing the Boundaries" now in production. Mike's unyielding passion for filmmaking and his dedication to his craft continues to inspire him to create groundbreaking and inspiring content. While being interviewed at Intelligentsia in SIlverlake (August 2016), Mike was asked about his new projects. Mike's response: "The best is yet to come!"
