During her 20-year career in entertainment, Cristall has played key roles in growing the business of several major companies. She has launched some of the most notable programs in reality television history, and built upon existing shows to expand them into full-fledged reality brands. Cristall is co-founder of Mike O'Sullivan, Inc., where she and her partner, Michael O'Sullivan, provide creative consulting services to networks and producers, ranging from Fox's "American Grit", to YouTube's "Scare Pewdiepie 2." As EVP of Development at GRB Productions, Cristall was charged with re-branding the department, streamlining processes and modernizing the creative slate. As SVP Development at Bunim/Murray Productions, Cristall oversaw several series such as Oxygen Network's top-rated "Best Ink", and "Bad Girls' All-Star Battle", and "Love Games"; Vh1's "The Saddle Ranch"; Lifetime's "Project Runway All-Stars", and specials "Stars In Danger: The High Dive" for Fox, and "Flo Gets Married" for Oxygen. In addition, Cristall successfully developed BMP Digital series "BRKDWN" for broadcast on Bounce TV; and "Best Year Ever" for retailer, Target. Cristall was previously Director of Alternative Programming at New Line Television where her work included adapting the hit film into NBC's "The Real Wedding Crashers", and developing TV Land's "Family Foreman". Cristall began her career in development at A. Smith & Co. as Manager, where she worked on Fox hit series "Paradise Hotel" and "The Swan", the syndicated "Pat Croce: Moving In", and SyFy Channel's first reality competition, "Mad Mad House". Additional credits include the crime series, "Arrest & Trial"; CBS' "Big Brother 2"; several films such as the award-winning "Ed Gein"; and the Canadian high school drama, "Madison", where she served as "teen consultant". Cristall is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, passing on the joys of reality television to graduate students from around the globe.
