Jill Goularte

Jill Goularte is an Executive Producer of leading-edge unscripted, docu-follow, and competition content for network, cable, and streaming outlets. Goularte began her career in post-production, but her passion for research and deep dives into 'hot topics' led her to serve as Director of Development at Morgan Freeman's Revelations Entertainment. She is best known for creating innovative, art-based competition shows such as Wrap Battle (Freeform), and Window Warriors (GSN). Most notably she co-created the RuPaul judged, Critic's Choice nominated franchise Skin Wars for GSN, the most watched original series ever on the network. The success of Skin Wars led to the spin off series, Skin Wars: Fresh Paint. In 2021, she created Meet your Makers Showdown for Discovery+ in which the country's top artisans test their creativity, unique skills, and passion for their craft in a variety of mediums including paper art, fluid painting, stained glass and more. Other credits include Rentervention (HGTV), Hocus Pocus 25th Anniversary Halloween Bash (Freeform), and Disney Channel's Epic Holiday Showdown. Jill's background in research and development provides a unique approach as an EP, in that she also personally casts each of her shows, which provides an intimate and personal connection to her projects. She is most proud of co-creating and producing the American Rescue Dog Show for the Hallmark Channel which celebrates rescue dogs who compete in fun categories like Best in Underbite, Best in Snoring, Best in Ears and many more. In 2018, Goularte was honored with a Humane Society Award for this show and her creative portrayal of animal protection issues. When she is not working, Goularte focuses her non-stop energy on the Board of Directors for Big Love Animal Rescue. Goularte is a member of the PGA and the Television Academy and is represented by APA. She resides in Los Angeles with her dog Jack. She is an avid golfer and tennis player.
