Pagan Harleman travelled and worked extensively in Europe and Africa before attending NYU Grad Film. Out of film school she worked in post with Spike Lee, Ang Lee and Alan Rudolph before focusing on documentary. She has collaborated with award winning filmmakers including Murray Lerner, Robert Redford, Marc Levin and Matt Heineman. She lives in Brooklyn with her two daughters.
