Dean Felber

Dean Felber is the bassist and one of the founding members of the two-time Grammy Award winning band, Hootie & the Blowfish. The band has sold upwards of 29 million records since their inception in 1986 and has won a multitude of awards, including ASCAP Songwriter of the Year. Hootie & the Blowfish has released five studio albums and charted six top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Felber co-wrote the albums with his band members. In addition to writing and performing with Hootie, Felber composes and produces music for commercials and films. Felber owns Perception Wines. Created in 2006 with winemaker Mark Ray, the winery locally sources grapes out of the Russian River Valley, creating some of the most delicious, exclusive Pinot Noirs, Zinfandels and Chardonnays in California. Felber is happily married to Andrea Borrelli. They have three children.
