Eugen Fischer

Eugen Fischer was born in Balingen to Friedrich and Pauline Fischer. He was a German historian, political scientist, librarian,evangelical theologian and writer. He was Secretary-General of the parliamentary investigatory committee on the question of debts of the First World War. Eugen Fischer died of cancer January, 18th, 1964 in Berlin.
