Lovely and shapely blonde looker Carolyn Ann Komant was born in New York City. She's of mixed Russian and Danish descent. Her older sister was a model. Carolyn won the title Queen of the Beach in 1958 in a local beauty pageant in Hampton, New Hampshire. Komant was crowned Miss Maine in 1959 and was one of fifteen semi-finalists in the Miss USA contest held in Long Beach, California that same year. She signed a $135 weekly contract with Warner Brothers in November, 1959. In April, 1960 Carolyn was the Queen of the 34th Annual Newball Saugus Rodeo at Saugus Stadium. Moreover, Komant made guest appearances on a handful of TV shows (she had recurring roles on both "Hawaiian Eye" and "The Roaring 20's"). Her sole foray into film acting was a secondary part in the women's prison picture "House of Women." Carolyn married Michael Patrick Vliet in November, 1962. She's the mother of two sons: She gave birth to Mark S. on November 27, 1963 while Lance E. was born on September 27, 1967. Komant and Vliet got divorced in September, 1968. Carolyn married Robert Joseph Lavender in Florida on December 5, 1970.
