Anatoly Konstantinovich Kokorin - Soviet Russian actor, director, screenwriter. Member of the Union of Cinematographers and the Union of Writers of the Russian Federation. The author of a textbook on the "Stanislavsky system" (excellent, according to those who are "in the subject") and a novel. He graduated from the acting department of the Theater School named after M.S.Schepkin (1956), studied at the 4-year director's laboratory at the VTO (workshop of Maria Osipovna Knebel, a student of Stanislavsky), in 1971 he graduated from the courses of filmmakers. Since 1956 - actor and director of the Theater-Studio of Film Actor, since 1967 - director of the Maly Drama Theater in Leningrad, since 1971 - director of the Gorky Film Studio. Since 1990 - artistic director of the A. Kokorin Art Studio.
