Dennis Lehane

Denis LeHane was born September 18th 1951 in San Antonio, Tx. to Donald and Dorothy Lehane. After his discharge from the U.S. Navy on May 5th 1972 he enrolled at Lawrence Merricks Theatrical academy in Hollywood, using his G.I. Bill. That led to acting jobs. His easy going Texas drawl made him a favorite of many casting directors. Early on in his career he became good friends with the late Director Robert Totten, who opened a lot of doors for Denis. Over the 20 year friendship he learned a lot about the movie business from him. In 1995, after Tottens death, Denis was ask to be the presenter of The Robert Totten directors award given to The Director of the year at the Wild West Film Fest in Sonora, Ca. Denis and his wife Heather now live in Kerrville, Texas. Denis still makes guest appearances from time to time.
