Richard M. Hughes (a.k.a., Dick Hughes) was born in Pittsburgh, PA and attended Carnegie Mellon Univ. Drama [BFA] and Boston University Theatre [MFA] and in addition to his acting is also know for his Viet Nam humanitarian work [1968-Present] which has been profiled in the NYT, Life Magazine, PEOPLE, etc. and on The Today Show, all three network news shows & Ralph Edwards' "Dick Hughes, This Is Your Life".
