In the last two years several of Tom's screenplays have been quarter finalists in many film competitions and his work has always received critical acclaim. The 2018 Beverly Hills Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Toronto International Screenplay Competition, Oaxoca script writing contest, just to name a few. In March 31st, 2016, Tom won first place in the worldwide High Concept Screenwriting Competition for Screenwriter's Network. He is now in post-production as producer/director/writer on one of his amazing scripts. Tom has worked in the entertainment business for over twenty-five years as a producer, writer, director and composer, winning dozens of industry awards. He has written music, produced hundreds of commercials, promos and trailers for just about every major film and television studio in Hollywood. His first writing attempt was a twenty page treatment that he sold to Carolco Pictures for $80,000. Tom's first screenplay entitled, "The Men's Room," was produced and directed by him and sold to Netflix. Tom has mastered the art of screenwriting and has available 21 screenplays ready to go and 4 TV shows with multiple episodes. His work includes most genres with budgets ranging from very low to medium high. Having worked on dozens of movie sets, when Tom writes a scene he always keeps in mind production costs, logistics and how to get the most "cluck" for the buck."
