Sonia Jones is the head of artist development and a VP at Full Mettle entertainment. Sonia came to London from Wales to sing 'Here We'll Stay' for the 1980 heat of Eurovision for Dave Novik, Magnet records. It was later produced by Phil Collins for Frida /Abba. This led to her first big break as the lead singer in the Monty Python's "Life of Brian" and she has enjoyed a long and prestigious career in the music industry ever since. She performed with Sir Cliff Richard in the musicals "Time " and "Heathcliff" and played the lead in rock musical "Handel Messiah". This led to her taking the lead in the rock musical "Dream" in 1991 for "Cerrone" to launch the first satellite TV/HD in Tokyo, which was watched by tens of thousands and linked live to the Ed Sullivan Theatre New York by HD. This then led to Broadway show "Dreamtime" which she played 140 performances at the Ed Sullivan Theater, produced and written by David Niles She has performed and recorded alongside such artists as The Rolling Stones, The Who, James Last, Annie Lennox, Simple Minds, Van Morrison, Spandau Ballet, Larry Dunne 'Earth Wind and Fire',Elaine Page, David Byrne, Dave Gilmour, Sam Brown, Rick Wakeman, and Bill Wyman. Sonia is widely acknowledged as one of the industry's top vocal coaches. She has worked with new and up-and-coming artists like Max Tuohy, Tanya Lacey,Duchess, Bombay Bicycle club, Jodie Connor/ Roll Deep, Talay Riley, Rita Ora, Jodie Brooke Wilson, Audio Bullies, and Steph Grace.
