Yasuyuki Kubota

Born in Tokyo. After studying filmmaking and earning a Bachelor of Arts at Columbia College-Hollywood, he went back to Japan in 1996. Ever since then, while actively working as independent filmmaker, he worked at a production company, a multimedia agency's production division and a creative agency, producing numerous commercials for Japan, EU and US, as well as print ads, web movies, music videos, short films and a feature-length film called; "Kagiganai". Toyota Motor Corpration TV spot called "Humanity" Directed by Ne-o, which he worked as the agency producer, production producer as well as an actor, won awards worldwide, including; Grand Prix at AdFest, Times Asia Pacific, Phoenix Film Awards as well as prestigious awards such as AICP Show (American Independent Commercial Producers), The Creativity Awards, London International Awards, New York Festivals:, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, BTAA etc.
