Roger Kellaway is an Emmy Award winning film composer, though his talents for the Hollywood screen only rank up to ten motion pictures, Kellaway has done a lot for music in the motion picture history. Kellaway, who is also a jazz and pop rock guitarist, first did the score for television's All in the Family (1971) with the closing theme with fellow actor Carroll O'Connor. Kellaway has also conducted scores for a number of Broadway plays and has his talents performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, The Budapest Studio Orchestra, The London Symphony and The National Philharmonic Orchestra of London and along with that composing a number of jazz hits and arranging music for rock culture through the seventies. In 1976, Kellaway was nominated for an Academy Award for his score in _Star is Born, A (1976)_ and did a number of other major motion pictures including _Legacy (1975/I)_, The Mafu Cage (1978), Running Scared (1980) and The Dark (1979). In recent years, Kellaway continues his likes of jazz hits for CDs and records and owns his own music company and has since so far "retired" from performing music for film.
