Rao Heidmets is an Estonian animated film director, producer and screenwriter. In 1982 he began working at Tallinfilm. In 1991, he founded his own production company, Rao Heidmetsa Filmistuudio. Since 2002 - film director at Nukufilm. In 2005 he was awarded by the Order of the White Star, V class. His most known animated film is Noblesse oblige (1989).
