Originally from Baltimore, Phil Moore has been heard a lot of places entertainment-wise. He was first seen in the 1989 movie _After School (1989)_ where he played a basketball player. He has done numerous television commercials and has appeared in television shows. In the early 90's, he started out as a comedian in Orlando. He toured across the country doing stand up comedy at top comedy clubs and won several comedy competitions and was featured on Showtime's Comedy Club Network. After making a name for himself as a comic,he went on to host two game shows for the Nickelodeon cable network. He hosted Nickelodeon Arcade (1992)from 1991-1993 as well as a hidden camera show called "You're On" from 1998-1999. He has guest starred on "Malcolm and Eddie" and "All That" among the few Nickelodeon shows and was later a semi-regular panelist on Nickelodeon's Figure It Out (1997) from 1997-1999. In 2002, he received the distinguished Emmy Award for Best Host/Interviewer as well as the 2002 Videographer's Creativity Award for hosting "Aqua Kids" from 2000-2001. In 2000, Phil Moore relocated to Hollywood, CA to further his career as an actor but found writing to be his true gift. He is the writer for the Style Networks longest running series "How Do I Look?" hosted by Finola Hughes. He has also written and produced "How Do I Look? Must See Makeovers" and "How Do I Look? Most Memorable Moments". He has also written for shows such as "Dirty Dancing: Living The Dream" for the WE Channel, "Exposed: The 25 Most Notorious Fashion Week Moments" and "Gone Bad" specials for E! Networks, "Pepsi Play For A Billion", "The Talent Agency" and "Live in Hollywood" on the WB, "TEENick" for Nickelodeon, "30 Seconds To Fame" on FOX, "The E! True Hollywood Story" on E! Networks, the "Grand Prix of Dog Agility" on Animal Planet which he also hosted, as well as his annual hosting of the San Pedro Lobster Dog Festival to benefit Penninsula Dog Parks.
