Callan Mulvey is one of Australia's leading actors best known for his roles in the television series Rush, Mystery Road (for which he received an AACTA nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Television Drama), Bikie Wars: Brothers in Arms and Underbelly, as well as Darren Ashton's feature film Thunderstruck. Callan first graced Australian screens in the hugely successful series Heartbreak High. Callan, now firmly established internationally, made his American film debut in Katherine Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty. His additional film credits include 300: Rise of an Empire, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Zack Snyder's Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, and was part of an all-star ensemble cast for the critically acclaimed film The Turning. Callan can also be seen in David Mackenzie's Outlaw King where he played Lord John Comyn, as well as BBC/Working Title mini-series The Luminaries, opposite Eva Green, Marton Csokas, and Eve Hewson. He can also be seen opposite Simon Baker and Jack Thomson in the 1930's Australian frontier thriller Higher Ground. Callan most recently appeared in the American action thriller, The Gray Man, directed by the Russo brothers, starring Ryan Gosling.
