Hiroshi Negishi

Educational background: Studied animation at Tokyo Design Institute. Debuted in animation in 1982. Transferred to Toei Doga in 1984. Freelance from 1986. Participated in animation production tasks in TV and Original Video till 1987, when debuted as director with Videofilm "Makyo Gaiden Le Deus" ("Le Deus: Demon's Frontier Legend"). Debuted as TV series director with "Cho Senshi Borgman" ("Supersonic Warrior Borgman") in 1988. Finally, debuted as film director with the theater version of "Borgman" in 1989. Established his own animation production company in 1991.
