Troy Norton

Troy Norton was born on April 11 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. He is an actor, known for Guest Staring as Phoebe's boyfriend on the popular TV sitcom Friends and for hosting HGTV's Building Character for several seasons. Troy grew up as a boy in Rhinelander, WI but spent most of his adult life in Los Angeles California. He graduated from Columbia in Chicago with a degree in film. He has worked both behind the camera and in front of the camera. Early in his career he hosted Pre-View Guide now known as TV Guide.
