Paul Martin

Paul Martin was born in Syracuse, New York, and moved several times with his family before settling in Sacramento, California in 1977. "Under Arrest," the biopic of prisoner turned evangelist, Phil Thacher, was Paul's first and only film so far (he played the young Phil in the first half of the film). He did his own horseback riding and stunts in the film.
