Ramsey Mathews was born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, USA. He is an actor and stuntman, known for Jobless (2014), Raging Cannibal (2008), Black Dog (1998), and Weapons of Mass Distraction (1997). He taught literature, poetry, and composition at Florida State University where he earned a PhD in English and Creative Writing. His play Fields was a finalist in the Panowski Northern Michigan University Playwriting Competition. He is writing his fourth commissioned screenplay.
