Michael J. McEvoy

Michael is a screen composer best known for his work on Richard Loncraine's 'Finding Your Feet', Richard Linklater's 'Me and Orson Wells', and the TV mini-series 'Dark Angel' directed by Brian Percival. He has also collaborated with Paul Oakenfold on a number of features including 'Citizen Bio' (Showtime) and 'Nothing Like the Holiday's' (Overture Pictures). Other composing work includes projects with scoring team ZeroVU ('The Drifters', 'Tuff Money'). Michael's scores for documentary include Peabody Award winning 'The Jazz Ambassadors' (PBS/BBC) 'The Queen of the World' (ITV/ HBO), 'Alien Deep' (NatGeo) and 'E=mc2/Nova:Einstein's Big Idea' (C4/WHBH). As a musician he has recorded and performed with Steve Winwood, Traffic (1994 Reunion tour), and written/produced with Soul II Soul, Ian Dury and Curiosity Killed the Cat and many others.
