At the age of eight, her acting talent was discovered when she took part in an audition at her ballet school for a "rap" TV commercial. She made her movie debut in the TV movie Alte Freunde küßt man nicht (1996). In the same year, she got the role of Mimi in Dizzy, lieber Dizzy (1997).
