Dimitrina Savova

Dimitrina Simeonova Savova is a Bulgarian actress. She was born in Pirdop, Bulgaria on April 12, 1926. In 1950 he graduated DVTU. She was an honorary citizen of the town of Pirdop. Dimitrina Savova was an actress, who has played in five theaters. She had played 100 theatrical and over 40 cinema roles. Among them was the character of Mother Courage in the Burgas Drama Theater in the legendary period of this theater. It was the first performance of Brecht's play in Bulgaria. The director of "Mother Courage" was Yuliya Ognyanova. Dimitrina Savova has played also Fernanda, Jenda, Iliytsa Grandmother, Sultana, Bernarda Alba, but for their fellow, it remains just Dina. She died on April 25, 2011 in Pirdop, Bulgaria.
