Journalist, she ran as a candidate for the European elections on the communist list in 1994 and became a member of the European Parliament until 1999. She was also candidate for the municipal elections in 2001 in Toulouse on the extreme left list of the LCR. Since September 1999, she produces several radio programs for France Culture.
